I always try to be very conscious of what I eat, but sometimes, life happens, and you end up going to cheer up the New York marathon and having brunch with friends! Therefore the next day, my spoiled stomach, which is used to healthy goodies, says, hey! I am here, still working from yesterday’s party, be gentle!

- high-speed blender
- 1/2 cup almond milk (or any other non-diary milk you prefer)
- 1/2 cup coconut water
- 1/2 banana (frozen)
- 1 date
- 1 cup papaya (diced)
- 1/2 cup pineapple (frozen)
- 1 tbsp flaxseeds
- 1 tbsp hemp seeds
Blend thoroughly and enjoy immediately! (Add ice cubs if needed)
